Casablanca by Natalie's Place Designs

Natalie has ROCKED THE CASABAH with her new kit, Casablanca! The color palette is stunning. This kit has over 17 papers,  a mat, overlays, and of course a slew of elements, ribbons, flowers and even includes two alphas. The Moroccan Pavilion in Epcot was Natalie's inspiration. Morocco is the only country in the World Showcase that is government sponsored (not a corporation) and was involved in the design and construction process. The King of Morocco sent his royal craftsmen to do the tile work. Natalie truly has captured the detail of these intricate tiles, and also the beauty and charm of this cultural area.

My girls and I, back in March, were searching for the Moroccan Royal Disney couple and came across this adorable vignette. I believe it is where the henna artist are located but they were absent at that moment. My daughter decided to chill out for a while while my youngest daughter and I got our pressed penny. (The girls had their faces painted in the Fairy Garden, during Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival, prior to arriving to the World Showcase.)

We actually found Aladdin and Jasmine just across the way from the pavillion, closer to the World Showcase lagoon. Should have know from the line! We waited our turn, somehow managing to actually stay in line - averting another potty break, and was thrilled to finally meet the "diamond in the rough" Prince and Princess of Agrabah.

Now, if we could only manage to get the Moroccan Royal governement to spring for some new clothes for Aladdin. The "street rat" look is SO last century.

We made some great freebies for you. Be sure to stop by Natalie's Little Corner of the World, as well as Cynthia's blog,  Linda's blog, and Lisa's blog. One of these days I will have made all the Mickey Head Flags from around the World (Showcase) and I will put them all on one download. For now, be sure to check out my other post for France, UK and Japan's Mickey Heads.

Summer Vacation by Natalie's Place Designs

It's 104 days of SUMMER VACATION ... and I know how to spend it - scrappin' with this kit! WOW do I ever LOVE this new release from Natalie!! 15 papers, gears, tools, sunburst (as an element - how cool is that!), shoestrings (it's an aglet thing), hot air balloons, popsicles, and SO much more. Absolutely perfect to scrap your new pics with Phineas and Ferb at their new meet and play at Disney's Hollywood Studios (by Mama Melrose). I haven't had the pleasure...yet but I think I am more anxious then my children to see the carpe diem brothers. Love this template by Katie Pertiet, Designer Digitals.

As much as I love Ferb, oh and Phineas too, I also wanted to showcase how much fun this kit is by doing a layout with summer fun pics. The bright colors of summer are vibrant and scream - here is what we did today! (This template is by Cindy Schneider, Sweet Shoppe Designs)

As always our team has whipped up some fun freebies just for you. Please stop by:

and if you haven't stopped by here already - Natalie's Little Corner of the World.

This kit comes with 2 alphas. HERE is one more! Ferb is obviously not my creation. I included him just for ease of download. If you would like to see more of Danville's great citizens and favorite little monotreme, just let me know by leaving me a comment. I enjoy reading them!

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you are having the BEST SUMMER EVER!
